Sydney Kings Sign MVP Lisch

The Sydney Kings have pulled off a surprise signing after they announced they have signed last season’s NBL MVP, Kevin Lisch.

It was believed that Lisch would stay with the Hawks after he was made an Australian citizin just 2 weeks ago. However it is believed that the Kings made an offer Lisch could not resist.

Lisch will play without head coach Rob Beveridge for the first time in his NBL career after the Kings announced the signing of new head coach Andrew Gaze.

Last Season Lisch won the league MVP and defensive player of the year whilst leading the Hawks to the NBL playoffs, where they lost to the Perth Wildcats.

The Kings are also expected to announce the re-signing of Jason Cadee in the coming days.
