Kings Sign Steve Blake

The Sydney Kings have signed 13 year NBA vet, 36 year old guard Steve Blake.

Blake has played his whole professional career in the NBA since being drafted in 2003 by the Washington Wizards. Since then he has had stints in Portland, Milwaukee, Denver, LA, Golden State and Detroit.

Blake’s best season as a pro came in 2014 when he was playing for the Lakers, where he averaged 9.5 ppg, 7.6 apg and 3.8 rpg.

Last season Blake played for the Detroit Pistons, averaging 4.4 ppg to go along with 3.4 apg.

The Kings now have two former NBA players on their roster after they signed former Lakers big man Josh Powell.
