The Melbourne Tigers have announced that they have signed former Colorado point guard, Nate Tomlinson for the 2012-13 iiNet season.

Tomlinson, who was born in Melbourne, played 4 years at Colorado. The 6ft 3 point guard averaged 5.2ppg to go with 3.0apg. He played for the Boomers at the 2009 World University Games in Belgrade, Serbia. His father is Billy Tomlinson, a former NBL coach.

Nate is a good outside shooter & can take his man off the dribble, not a great finisher but a solid passer and good decision maker.

Tomlinson joins a Tigers squad that so far includes a heap of swing men.. Ron Dorsey, Lucas Walker, Tommy Greer, Liam Rush & Adam Ballinger.
