Prather Returns To United

Melbourne United are set to announce the signing of 3 time NBL champion, 6 foot 6 forward Casey Prather.

Prather last played in the NBL with Melbourne United in 2017-18, averaging 17 points per game, 6 rebounds per game and 2 assists per game whilst winning his third straight title. Before his United stint Prather won 2 championships with the Perth Wildcats in 2016 and 2018.

After the 2018 NBL season Prather played in Greece with Promitheas Patras where he averaged 13 points and 2 rebounds per game.

Prather joins Melo Trimble and Shawn Long as United’s trio of imports. The team also includes Chris Goulding, Mitch McCarron, Shea Ili, David Barlow, Sam McDaniel and Alex Pledger.
